Strategic gatherings with soul

I help teams, boards, and organizations create gatherings that go deeper than the typical offsite — weaving strategic thinking with contemplative practice. Whether you’re navigating a transition, building trust, or charting new direction, I design experiences where the real work happens.

Speaking

Ideas that land

Storytelling, reflection, and experiential practices exploring attention, the sacred ordinary, and spiritual formation — with a writer’s instinct for the detail that makes a room go quiet. I speak at retreats, conferences, churches, and podcasts.

Retreats & Spiritual Direction

Space to breathe

Individual spiritual direction (monthly, in person or video), small-group retreats, and stays at Rock Creek Sanctuary, our micro retreat space in Washington, DC. Drawing on ancient Christian traditions of intentional hospitality, I create space for rest, reflection, and encounter.

A bit about me

By day, I practice law at a DC firm. By calling, I create spaces where the work of transformation can happen — whether that’s around a boardroom table, from a stage, or in the quiet of a retreat. I bring over a decade of professional experience to my facilitation work, training in contemplative spiritual direction through the Selah program at Leadership Transformations, and a writer’s attention to what matters. My writing has appeared in Plough, Sojourners, and other publications. I live in Washington, DC with my husband and three children.
